Jack Sparrow.

It's not every day you run into Jack Sparrow, but if you do have to run, don't do his run it's way too weird for you to have any street cred.

Where in Disney is this?

Following on from yesterday's Hippo photo I thought this is a place at Walt Disney World where it might like to live. Any Idea where I took it?

Animal Kingdom. - Hippo

I took this shot about three years ago. It was in the tank on the African Trail. I think I spent about an hour there trying to get a good shot of the hippo. This was the best I came up with.

Happy Christmas Folks.

I didn't actually think that you could find Jesus in Walt Disney World, but it turns that I was wrong. The nativity scene at the Osborne Lights. "But the angel said to them, ‘Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Saviour has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: you will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." Luke 2 10 - 12. NIV

Advent Calendar Day Twenty Two - MK Station at Night.

Always a welcome sight when you get off the monorail, bus or boat and you walk up to the Station. It looks great at Christmastime. You know you are in for a treat beyond those arches.

Advent Calendar - Day Twenty - DHS Blues.

I like this shot from the Osborne Lights, it's the building near the Motor Stunt Action Show, looks good in blue and white. The colours of my football team, Huddersfield Town.

Advent Calendar - Day Eighteen. - Oh no it isn't.

Well for us Brits there is nothing more Christmas than going to the Pantomime. And what's Britain's favourite panto. You've guessed it. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

Advent Day Eight. Somewhere in the Magic Kingdom

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. This is one of those nooks and crannies that you can find on the busiest days where you can find a little peace. Obviously I could tell you exactly where it is, but why would I?

Advent Calendar Day Seven. - Sticking with Trees.

A few days ago I posted the MGM (DHS!!) Tree, well today it's back. Only at night. Unfortunately I had to snap it from the side so you can't see the star properly. This is because one of the section of lights was not lit up. It had only been put up that day and I guess a connector wasn't plugged in properly.

Advent Calendar Day Five - Where is this nice shop?

Hmmm, I hadn't noticed this lovely little pastel green building before despite many trips to Walt Disney World. I wonder if you know where it is. Love the tasteful Christmas decor too not too over the top.

Advent Calendar Day 3 - DHS Tree.

I wonder how many Christmas Trees they put out at Walt Disney World. It would be fun to try to count them all. This is the tree outside Disney's Hollywood Studios.
