Whoops there seems to be a fire breathing dragon, marauding around in Town Square in the Magic Kingdom, better take care where you tread.

Here is Ariel in the 3pm Parade, well at about 10 past. I enjoyed the parade very much, got lots of good photos. But two girls stood next to me with Turkey Legs, One on each side, I had to be really careful when I was looking through my camera viewfinder that I didn't move and get BBQ Sauce on my clothes.

Frozen.

As it is so cold her in Texas this evening I thought I would cheer us up with the Frozen float in the Disney Parade at the Magic Kingdom, and also her is my house in the cold snow.

Everyone loves a parade.

One of my favourite things is to sit back and enjoy the parade. I also am pretty fond of buses too, so here I'm killing two birds with one stone, right outside the castle at WDW.

The Fairy God Mother seems to have captured Cinderella and the Prince in a big soap bubble. I'm not quite sure why.

Next time you go to the parade, why not take some sliced bread, hold it up high in the air on the end of a selfie stick and hey presto, Toast!!!!

Mickey Airways Takes to the Skies.

Not many people know that Walt Disney World had an airport at one time. It was used in the 70s as a shuttle service to Orlando International Airport. (Though it's former name of McCoy Jetport is way cooler!) It is still there you can see it on Google Maps to the South West of the Polynesian, across from the WDW Speedway. Yes even in Disney you have to be careful where you step, there may be the odd fire breathing dragon etc around the door step. Fortunately it rains like crazy almost all the time at Walt Disney World.So if you are worried go on a wet day and you should be OK.

Hi for all you Peter Pan and Wendy fans, here is a great photo of them having fun in the parade at the Magic Kingdom. They seem to have stolen Captain Hooks ship. This parade is probably my most favorite since the Remember the Magic Parade around 15 years ago. That tune is still in my head. I loved that one, and I really like the most recent, especially the Steam Punk Dragon. Well I'm getting excited about the forthcoming trip. I'm planning on getting my cameras ready this week. Clean the lenses, charge the batteries. Sort out what I need and what I don't. I'm hoping to get lots of great up to date shots for this blog. Thanks for viewing it, I do appreciate you popping by. Welcome to the New Look at Photographing Disney.

Hi there, today has been a day of change, I upgraded my computer to Windows 10. Oh gosh that is so much better than 8.1. So to celebrate I decided to work on the look of Photographing Disney, I added a little splash of color, to the old black and white look. I still kept it dark because I think the photos stand out more on the darker background. But it felt a little gloomy to me. I hope you like the new style. Anyway, I looked for a really colorful photo to post and I thought that Mr and Mrs Duck looked all bright and cheerful.

Frozen Princesses

It's not every day you get to meet Royalty. I thought to be a respected Disney blog, I needed to join the great Frozen Epidemic so here are those delightful Princesses for you. A photo I took in the Magic Kingdom Parade. Actually I'm kind of regretting this post I've got "Let it Go" in my head now and it just won't go away.

OK I'm feeling bad.

To make up for my comments of yesterday about Belle, I've decided to give you a nice photo of Ariel that I took in the parade on my last visit. I once watched The Little Mermaid at Walt Disney World at the Campfire showing at Fort Wilderness eating Smores we toasted ourselves on the campfire. I think they still have the free film showing each night. You can buy smores kits. Anyway it's a great film and I do like Ariel, after all she does have plenty of thingymybobs.

Bring back Snow Globes

This is a photo from 2004. The Snow Globe Parade, I don't really remember it at all and what it was about. But I took the photo, so I guess I must have seen it at least once. Anyway Cruella looks like she wouldn't mind the globes coming back.
