Frozen Princesses
It's not every day you get to meet Royalty. I thought to be a respected Disney blog, I needed to join the great Frozen Epidemic so here are those delightful Princesses for you. A photo I took in the Magic Kingdom Parade. Actually I'm kind of regretting this post I've got "Let it Go" in my head now and it just won't go away.

The Small Carousel
Everyone has ridden on the BIG carousel in the Magic Kingdom, but have you been on the small one in Downtown Disney? Come right up all the fun of the fair.
Main Street USA
I don't know about you, but when I see photographs like this one, I just want to go to Disneyworld, or land, I don't mind. It's my Happy Place, only yesterday, two people were having an argument and I was sat between them. I imagined that I was riding on the horse drawn tram down Main Street USA. Fortunately I get to go there in 54 days. Yippee.

OK I'm feeling bad.
To make up for my comments of yesterday about Belle, I've decided to give you a nice photo of Ariel that I took in the parade on my last visit. I once watched The Little Mermaid at Walt Disney World at the Campfire showing at Fort Wilderness eating Smores we toasted ourselves on the campfire. I think they still have the free film showing each night. You can buy smores kits. Anyway it's a great film and I do like Ariel, after all she does have plenty of thingymybobs.

Belle
I always used to be a bit of an Ariel fan. However, since I got to be a guard for Belle at the cottage in Magic Kingdom, I'm more of her fan. Nothing too much though after all both Beast and Gaston are pretty scary. Here's a picture I took of my new friend when I bumped into her in Epcot near the Land Pavilion, I'm not totally sure why she was wandering around there I would have thought she would be in France.

Cinderellas Castle
Let's face it you can't have too many photos of the castle. This is one of my favourite angles to photo the castle from, it's from the bridge from the hub to Liberty Square. It's great as you don't get people in the shot too much.

Lion King Show.
I've always thought that the Legend of the Lion King, was probably the best show at Walt Disney World. It's definitely the best show at the Animal Kingdom, sorry all you BIG BLUE WORLD fans out there. I like the setting of the new theatre a lot more than the old one in the now to be Avatar section of the AK. Anyway it's a not to be missed show on your next trip.

Lucky Find.
I found this old photo in a Junk Shop of the original Hightower Hotel in New York, this is the one the Tower of Terror Ride in Tokyo Disney Sea is modeled after. If you ever get a chance to go to Tokyo then you should go on the ride, it's really cool.

Chip and Dale but where?
OK a little competition. This is clearly Chip and Dale but where was the photo taken. The first person to correctly identify the location or occasion wins a no expenses paid by me, One Week Trip to Any Disney Resort in the World. Rules of the competition, entrants must be over the age of 18, must legally reside in Albania, be called Fred or Mable and are fully responsible for all costs of the trip. Good Luck Everyone.

Haunted Mansion
Here is photo of the Haunted Mansion. I have to confess to a little work on this to try to make it a touch more spooky. One of the hardest things to do at WDW or any of the Disney resorts is to take photos of things with no one in them, so I was pleased to find a 10 second window to take the shot.
World Showcase.
Well to start off year two, I thought this little shot of the lake outside the south of World Showcase might be nice.

Happy Birthday to Photographing Disney.
Hey I just noticed we'er one year old today. I've not posted quite as many photographs as I would have liked. It's been really busy though, I had a photo exhibition at the Buddy Holly Center in Texas of photographs from our trip to Japan last year and that took up a lot of time, I'm afraid. The good news is we get a trip to Walt Disney World in September, time to get the lenses cleaned on the cameras for some more snaps for you all. Thanks for looking at the photos I'm hoping you're enjoying them.
Here is one of Space Mountain, from an unusual angle. I showed it to my son and told him that some farmer had made a replica of Space Mountain in his field and he believed me. (I think.)

A sunny show at the castle.
It's marvelous getting to watch so many people have fun watching Mickey and Minnie put on a show in front of the castle. Gotta love a sunny summer's day. (Having said that, this photo was taken in November lol.)

The good old All Stars'
Well the good news is. We are going back to Disney in 67 Days, yeah. Unless things change at the last minute, I'm not counting chickens. We are due to stay at the All Star Sports. I tried to find a nice picture of the ASS. However, I found this the ASM, which will do just as well. I quite like this photo it was pretty hard to find a time when there was no one there to block the view. I think it was taken at about 1am which can be quite busy with people coming back from their night outs.

Adventureland.
I'm a big fan of Asia, love the food, love the imagery and the culture. Thought Japan was a fantastic country in the world when I visited last year. So I always enjoy the Asian cultural references at Disney World. Here is the many heads sculpture near the Jungle Cruise.

Tangled Tower
This is one of the relatively new parts of Fantasyland. I'm not sure if its proper name but everyone calls it the Tangled Tower. What I do know is that just below it are some really nice toilets, so if you need to go, that's where you need to go!

Swimming with Sharks.
Yesterday I went for a swim in my Mother in Laws Pool. I'm not a big fan of swimming, I don't like getting changed, getting in the pool or getting out of the pool. I don't mind the bit in the middle. Anyway it reminded me, that I do like to do the swimming with the sharks adventure at Typhoon Lagoon. Here are some photos of this from 11 years ago. The trunks I'm wearing are the ones I wore yesterday and they haven't been used too much in-between either.
Sorry a little plug for my Walt Disney World guide book.
If you are planning a trip to Walt Disney World, check out my updated guide book, which has all the info on Magic Bands and mydisneyexperience.com. The great news is although it costs a modest $4.99 it's FREE to Kindle Unlimited members. I'm sure you will find it helpful. The link is to the right in green. Our Disney Diaries are also FREE in Kindle Unlimited, also linked on the right. I hope you enjoy reading them. Cheers Larry.
